[Chapter-delegates] Ideas requested on IP issues paper

It was focused a little differently than Konstantinos' IPR position paper, but as this thread edges towards "tools & systems that are being or could be built", I'll draw your attention to a panel we hosted last week during the IETF meeting. Specifically, we had 3 experts in Internet technologies on the panel to talk through some of what we (the everyperson) would want out of better ways to express the rights we intend to share with content published on the Internet.

Of particular note, neither DRM/control nor complete openness for all the bits seemed to the panel to be the right outcome.
As I said -- not quite on topic for Konstantinos' paper, which deals more effectively with the actual question of what is intellectual property, but perhaps an interesting view for those interested in moving technology forward.
