[Chapter-delegates] ICANN 46 - Internet Society Meetings

Dear Chapter Delegates,

I hope all is well with you.

As you are aware, ICANN 46 meeting is going to be held in Beijing, China 
from April 07 - 11, 2013. More details available at 
http://beijing46.icann.org

During the course of ICANN 46, we are in process of organizing the 
following meetings:

-ISOC's Participation in ICANN (Sunday, April 7^th , TBC)

-ISOC Chapter and Member Meeting (Tuesday, April 9^th , TBC)

We would like to invite Internet Society members to these meetings and 
carry out fruitful deliberations.

Through this e-mail, we would like to seek a doodle poll 
[http://doodle.com/9y4gz74hbma7aqgz] reply from Internet Society chapter 
leaders and members on their plans to attend ICANN 46. This would help 
us to finalize meeting arrangements as well as setting up the final 
agenda. We would also like to hear from you on topics for agenda.

made available later on our chapter events page

Please note that you are expected to attend these meetings with support of your attendance at ICANN 46.
