   +1, describes our PH situation quite well.  Local Start-up or Dev Cons can 
readily get private sponsorships, "Issues" fora rarely, if ever.  Perhaps 
Start-up and Dev are seen as "positive", whereas issues are perceived as 
"boring" until something really bad comes down the road (usually "under the 
radar") resulting in a public uproar.
