[Chapter-delegates] Information from the Trustees

Dear Eva,
that's a great news - was traveling and couldn't respond promptly.
As you are aware (but some of the chapters' list are new), the relations
between the chapters, and ISOC HQ need improvement, and it is
encouraging to see that the BoT has come back to the same point, where
it was about 10 years ago. Back then we, the then Trustees, couldn't
find a solution to the gridlock, but your message definitely sounds
encouraging. May be naive, but I trust your good spirit and desire to
really achieve a breakthrough.
I am sure that all chapters would welcome some positive developments!
And if you need any help, please, just ask us.
