[Chapter-delegates] VIDEO: ITU, Internet Society, and AFRINIC announce upcoming African events

In both Walda and Adiel's talks there was emphasis that, despite these
regional events, in Africa the trend for multistakeholderism is towards
localism. Thus we can expect many local IGFs and other smaller events to
pop up. If you know of any such, please feel free to add them in the
comments. We look forward to facilitating webcasts wherever possible!
