Dear Komaitis, All,
In order to understand what can propose the Internet community, looks it
is necessary to overview the current situation on Intellectual Property
worldwide. Are WIPO decisions mandatory? RIIA - can they act worldwide?
Is there any international treaty for Intellectual Property protection?
In this new situation, when it is impossible to protect Intellectual
Property rights without clear online identification of a person, who
violates this rights, possible do a big mistake.
