[Chapter-delegates] WCIT Digest today / Remote Participation

As you may know, today the Switzerland Chapter is organizing a "WCIT 
Digest" panel discussion with Markus Kummer (ISOC), Richard Hill (Ex-ITU) 
and Frederic Riehl (OFCOM / Swiss Regulation Authority) lead by journalist 
Monika Ermert.

The panel will take place TODAY from 16:00-17:30 CET (15:00-16:30 UTC) in 
Bern.

I got requests for remote participation by serveral folks.

Herewith I'd like to inform you that there is an option for (one-way) 
remote participation. Please note that this service run by volunteers on a 
best-effort basis only (i.e. no promise on quality of service or 
whatsoever can be made).
