In a short time everyone will be able to see the detailed steps for chapter formation as well as the criteria for achieving each step. Narelle's point is a good one regarding national chapters. The people who have formed the Canada chapter have considered and embraced from the start the idea and options of multiple local chapters once the right critical mass is achieved. This foresight has been incorporated into the formation documents of the chapter.
The advise, opinions and guidance of the entire community has been instrumental in assuring that good governance, communications, management and leadership of this and all forming chapters are the the foundation for a vibrant and enduring ISOC Chapter.
Thanks to all,
Ted
