Thank you Alejandro. For the record, I completely agree with these
points. This is all bottom-up and having chapters direct input, if they
wish to do so, into ICANN via the ALAC or via the NCSG for some of them
(and some via the ccNSO!) is exactly the opportunity that Chapters
should be given the opportunity to embrace but not have imposed on them
top down.
