Hi Narelle,

I can't tell you specific policies, but the issues were discussed at a
House Committee earlier in the year.

I extracted the testimony of James Grimmelmann (a friend of the NY Chapter)
where he talked about "privacy lurches" i.e. sudden changes in provider
policy.
