[Chapter-delegates] [ISOC] Invitation to Applicants: 2013 Internet Society Ambassadors to the Internet Governance Forum (IGF)

Neil,

I received the below "Invitation" within the past hour or so - with a 
sent date (if that's the correct term) of 6/9/2013. I've no idea if that 
is just me or the universe of receivers who got this delayed invite.

The deadline for applications is June 21. I'm a tad above the age limit, 
but were I a decade or two younger, I think I'd be asking for some 
additional time. i.e., an extension seems appropriate.
