[Chapter-delegates] Review of IT Laws of Nepal

Dear Colleagues
We are reviewing incumbent Information Technology related laws of Nepal.
Currently we have Electronic Transaction Act 2006 in effect. I would like
to request all of you to share your experience with link, if possible that
governs your country's IT (Cyber ) laws. It would be great have
constructive suggestions for our tiny nation.
