[Chapter-delegates] [Bod] ISOC position on NSA Spying

I'm all for national security but in my humble opinion our state organs are now out of control beyond what the Soviets or even Communist China could do to their own non-free populaces. 

I second the motion to sign, support, disseminate, promote and encourage this petition.
