For te next round:

Section 2. Term of Trustees
Trustees may be removed with or without cause by a vote of two-thirds of the
Trustees then in office.???

Q.: With a cause OK! Without? On what basis?

Section 9. Electronic Vote.
Any voting member of the Board may veto an electronic vote for any
reason by sending
an email indicating such a veto to the Board mailing list before the
voting time limit has passed.

Same question...

Any vacancy in a Committee may be filled by the Board, and any Committee
member may be
removed from a Committee by the Board with or without cause.

Same question...

And the answer might be:
...whenever in their judgment (trustees) the best interests of the
Society would be served thereby (with an explanation, no?).
