It depends on country. Possible to ask how to establish local CERT,
what kind of equipment necessary to install, with whom it is necessary
to establish relations - FIRST, other CERTs, etc.
Possible to ask for penetration tests on important resources.
Of course,  frequency allocation related issues are most important.
