Dear colleagues,
I am in full support of this chapter. Personally I know two members on the application and am aware that they are very active in the Internet Governance space.
I have been told that this application has been in the system for over a year and hope that it can be approved soon.

Dear Sabrina,
I'm glad to see that a Chapter is forming in Paraguay. I personally know a couple of the persons in the list and have had professional and collaborative interaction with them.
I believe they are well qualified to form the chapter and support their application.
As Alejandro said, it might be useful to help them on the details so count me in as well for this task.
All the best,
León Felipe Sánchez Ambía
