+1 to Cintra's statement.
I am very well acquainted with Nicolas Caballero and Natalia Enciso, two of
the proposed founding members and recent ICANN Fellowship Alumni, through
their involvement in regional Internet Governance activities over the last
few years and can vouch for their ability, drive and passion.
