[Chapter-delegates] Talk by Vint Cerf at Chennai

Hello,

Dr Vinton Gray Cerf is vising Chennai and will Talk on "Open and universal
Internet as an ecosystem for greater prosperity".

Internet is a permission-free eco-system that has fostered enormous
innovation. Dr Cerf's Talk would be on the opportunities for enterprise in
a universal, free and open Internet eco-system.

This meeting is organized by Internet Society India Chennai jointly with
TiE Chennai, an organization of entrepreneurs in partnership with NASSCOM,
association of IT companies.

Especially for the benefit of those unable to attend the meeting, a Q&A
page has been set up at

answer your questions during the meeting and the answers will also be
posted here. Please feel free to ask questions.
