[Chapter-delegates] Cybersecurity: EU Commission leaked drafts

Hello,

This is the European CISPA:

The US civil liberties groups and Tim Berners-Lee are opposing that bill.

Would it be possible for any of the experts on the list to start a
side-by-side comparison of the original proposals in CISPA, the passed
the House of Representatives CISPA and the Commission proposals?
