[Chapter-delegates] APRICOT 2013 - ISOC Chapter and Member Meeting

Dear Chapter Delegates,

I hope all is well with you.

As you are aware, APRICOT 2013 is going to be held at the Shangri-La 
Hotel, Singapore from February 19th to March 1st 2013. The conference is 
hosted by the Singapore Network Information Center (SGNIC) and supported 
by Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA). The event will 
feature presence of regional and global speakers including Lynn St. 
Amour , President and CEO of the Internet Society (ISOC). More details

During the course of APRICOT 2013, Internet Society is organizing a 
chapter and member meeting (17:30 - 19:30) on Tuesday, 26 February 2013. 
We would like to invite ISOC members (Chapter, Global, Individual and 
Sustaining) to this gathering and carry out mutual deliberations. We are 
also setting up an ISOC booth to disseminate necessary information among 
the APRICOT 2013 participants.

Through this e-mail, we would like to seek replies from ISOC chapter 
leaders and members on their plans to attend APRICOT 2013. This would 
help us to finalize ISOC meeting arrangements as well as setting up the 
final agenda. Please circulate this message to chapter members as well 
and forward your responses by 29 January, 2013.

Please note that there is no travel / financial support offered by ISOC 
in this regard.
