Dear Sabrina,
I am familiar and well acquainted with several of the proposed members of
this Chapter and can vouch for their support of the principles of a free
and open Internet.
I look forward to working and collaborating with a new Chapter in the
Americas area.
Best wishes,
Tracy Hackshaw
Vice Chair
