Happy 2013 to you all!
At least 3 ccTLDS in Latinamerica went through a similar process in 2012.
Nowadays .gt, .sv and .uy are also offering registration at the 2nd
level (as well as at the 3rd one)
All getting ready before the new gTLDs arrive :-)
