[Chapter-delegates] A fond farewell

What a journey!
Wishing you all best in your next challenging endeavors, I'd like to 
remind everyone that your presence at ISOC-Finland, and at ISOC in 
general, has been of great importance for, I dear to say, all chapters.
I wonder if you will stay around, and I use the opportunity to wish Yrjo 
all success he will need, as the success of a chairman is often a sign 
the chapter is a successful and an active one!
