Congratulationss, Saskia, and great news for Estonia!

Folks, Estonia is famous for a number of (good) reasons, but they also 
have a president, who spoke highly, and rightfully of the importance of 
the multistakeholder model of running the Internet. It might be worth 
reading his speech

Note well how well he knows what the real issues, confronting the 
broader Internet community, are. They are, and should be the main 
concerns for us, the chapters!
