[Chapter-delegates] Announcement on the IGF Interim Chair

Dear Members,

We are pleased to share with you the letter by UN 
Under-Secretary-General Mr. Wu Hongbo which informs us that he has asked 
our colleague Markus Kummer to serve as Interim Chair for the Internet 
Governance Forum (IGF) Open Consultations and Multi-stakeholder Advisory 
Group (MAG) meetings.

In this role,  Markus will work with the MAG to prepare for the IGF 2013 
meeting to be held in Bali, Indonesia, from 22 to 25 October.

The next IGF Open Consultations and MAG meetings will be held in Paris 
from 28 February to 1 March. We will report back to our Members shortly 
after the meetings on any new developments regarding the preparations 
for IGF 2013.
