[Chapter-delegates] VIDEO: Vint Cerf =?utf-8?Q?=E2=80=93_?=Open and universal Internet as an ecosystem for greater prosperity

Hello,
I've done up to the 14:34 mark, which is when Vint starts to speak. I would appreciate if someone familiar with the individuals speaking could go in and check the names (some of which I've no doubt spelt wrong, some of which I couldn't find - so have written "(inaudible)"), and there are also some references - like the Indian equivalent of an award Vint receives, which I couldn't decipher.
