Hi Takaaki --

In your Chapter Office Guide (which is attached to this email), there are instructions on page 11 for updating the Edit Terms page of the chapter portal.  This is the page you are referring to below.  It's basically a WYSWYG editor that allows you to configure & display your chapter's terms, URLs, etc. so people have some idea of your chapter's criteria, costs & restrictions (if any) before they indicate interest.  

Included with the instructions is an example from the Germany Chapter of how their Edit Terms page is configured, so you have a working model of how another chapter uses this page.
