[Chapter-delegates] separate WTPF e-mail list?

Hi,

my thought too - repurpose the ITU list if at all necessary. An announcement and an opt-out option should suffice. Maybe also some administrivia like removing bouncing accounts after a proper heads-up etc.

But I do take from Stefan a good point: it's time to increase awareness about WTPF and, though some important landmarks lie in the past, to focus on our work of education, outreach and influence (and remembering that WTPF itself is but one step in a never-ending trek.)
