[Chapter-delegates] Email sent from my account

Dear colleagues,

I just noticed that a suspicious email(s) was sent from my yahoo account. 
It must be from a spammer/hacker who temporarily hacked my account when  using a hotel WIFI.
PLEASE IGNORE that last email and DELETE!

I have changed my password and hopping my account will be secured now. SORRY for the inconvenience.
