[Chapter-delegates] New Director for Chapter Development and Support

Amr, we use it to say thank you in Swahili, i this case thanking Christine
for standing in :-), ISOC Kenya Chapter is actually working on a wiki that
will translated some educational material glossaries to swahili on the
Internet, we will provide details soon :-)
