Dear Ted,

Thank you very much for introducing Joyce to us. I happy to know that 
Joyce has deep knowledge of Chapters challenges and needs. I wish her a 
very warm welcome. I'm open to assist her in her very challenging work. 
The success of the Internet Society's mission depends on all of us!
