feature a discussion about virtual worlds and the prospect of having
an ISOC "Alternate and Virtual Reality Chapter." *David Solomonoff*,
President of the NY Chapter (ISOC-NY), has prepared a

such a chapter that members are encouraged to review prior to the
hangout. also hanging will be a special guest, *Maria Korolov*. Maria is
the editor and publisher of Hypergrid
Business<http://www.hypergridbusiness.com>.
A journalist for more than twenty years, Maria has worked for the Chicago
Tribune, Reuters, and Computerworld, reporting from over a dozen countries,
including Russia and China - and now, virtual environments!  NA Bureau
director *Paul Brigner* says "This should be a very interesting and
informative discussion. I hope you can join!" But, of course as we all
know, hangouts are very limited in capacity, so you'll be lucky.
Nevertheless it will be webcast live via YouTube On-Air. So it will be
thoroughly viewable both live and archived via Google+, where comments can
also be made. Sorry no live captions, but it'll be posted to AMARA after.
