[Chapter-delegates] IETF has NSA employees in its crypto working group?

The CFRG is not a standards-setting work group. It is a research group within the Internet Research Task Force (IRTF), closely aligned with, but not the same as the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF). The IRTF is part of the ISOC family, just as the IETF is.
The CFRG does not set crypto standards for the IETF. The CFRG does not set crypto standards for the Internet community. The CFRG does not even set crypto standards for the U.S. Government.
