[Chapter-delegates] Input request for Chapter Administrative Support Working Group

Hi
The purpose of this tool is to help the CAS wg determine the most immediate
needs or the easiest achievable mechanisms to support Chapter
Administration.

Therefore the intended target audience is the Chapter executive. That being
said if your wider chapter membership has ideas that you consider relevant
please feel free to post these.
