There's one more way to get involved - the ITU Secretary General's 
Public Consultation (Call for Public Inputs) on the ITU's Strategic Plan 
2016-2019. It can be accessed from the ITU's main page or directly at 
http://www.itu.int/PublicConsultations. While it is not related to ISOC 
directly, chapters may contribute as well.
