This is the difference between the DC and NY ISOC Chapters - they do events
in the morning! This one promises to be particularly lively as the ITIF is
known for its contrarian thinking, as is moderator Dave Burstein. It's also
exciting to see both Robert Atkinsons, often confused for each other,
