[Chapter-delegates] DRM in HTML5 - something brewing in W3C

I've also received it and am I touch with the organizers of the upcoming 
WWW 2013 W3C conference in Rio de Janeiro to get more info. From the 
list of workshops in the event's portal there is no indication this will 
be discussed in any way.
