this, together with Jordi's hands-on approach, is welcome news.

ISOC Mexico will be glad to find ways to contribute; we will most likely propose to add one of our emerging leaders, Leon Felipe Sanchez,
to the group, pending a Board decision to be reached soon.

We believe that the working group will do well to combine experience with new points of view and would be glad to read more detail
emerging from the meeting of the support team you mention, as well as from the Board of Trustees if the issue was discussed (will be
happy with a reference to the minutes but any added insights will be welcome too.)

Dear Chapter Delegates,

The ISOC Chapter Development and Support Team has been meeting this past week in Geneva to take up a number of issues related to chapter needs and requests.  We all believe it is a great move forward to form a working group to address the issue of administrative support for chapters and welcome the opportunity to work with chapter members to develop a range of possible solutions.

We believe it is critical to identify the needs of a variety of chapters and regions as well as an inventory of potential available resources.  A representative chapter working group has the best opportunity to see the spectrum of these needs and the array of possible solutions that might be proposed.
