[Chapter-delegates] Big news: ETNO joins ISOC.

Good point. The issue, as I understood it, was if ETNO would succeed to
lobby inside ISOC with its "expertise" in their role as organisational
member. I doubt ISOC would change it cause, vision or goal or refrain
from expressing contrary opinion to any organisational member, if need be.

The ISOC EU Chapter letter I am familiar with, on my intitative ISOC-SE
was on of those that signed. The others, I recall maybe you were the one
posted some of them earlier.
