[Chapter-delegates] Big news: ETNO joins ISOC.

Hopefully not.
But it would be good to hear someone from ISOC top management saying 
something about it.
As one of the experts in the field mentioned, when he heard about this
"Is there any evidence from anywhere to suggest that ETNO has changed 
its positions since last year?"

btw, on the ISOC.org site there's still nothing about this membership. 
So, hopefully it's not a hoax.
