Dear Sabrina,

I would like to personally express my support for the formation of an
Internet Society Chapter in Azerbaijan having regard to the recent
successful hosting of the IGF in Baku in 2012, with the requisite need to
continue and advance the good efforts being made by Azeri Internet and
Information Society activists.

In addition, the current contact person, Ulkar Bayramova, is well known to
me as a:

(1) successful participant in the 2012 Internet Society Next Generation
Leaders e-Learning Programme
(2) Internet Society Ambassador to the 2012 IGF in Baku, Azebaijan
(3) ICANN Fellow to ICANN 45 in Toronto, Canada (October 2012)

Sincerely,

Tracy Hackshaw
Vice Chair
Internet Society Trinidad & Tobago Chapter
