[Chapter-delegates] Invitation - IGF 2012 Preparatory Call for ISOC Members

Dear Members,


The 2012 Internet Governance Forum (IGF) is approaching and we would 
like to invite you to join a conference call to discuss preparations for 
this important event many of you are involved in.

In order to accommodate different time zones, two calls are proposed:
1st call: 9 October 08:00 UTC

2nd call: 9 October 15:00 UTC

-          Recent developments regarding the IGF
-          ISOC preparations for IGF 2012
-          ISOC IGF Ambassadors program
-          AOB

These calls are the first step of our engagement plan with Members. We 
will be sending you a "Rough Guide to the IGF" as well as an invitation 
to participate to an on-line "Consultation on Internet Governance" soon. 
Finally, several meetings and receptions will be held on site, in Baku, 
for our Members.
