[Chapter-delegates] Open call to civil society WCIT Briefing Session for Civil Society Stakeholders

Thanks Judith, I had the same issue as Vicenzo for the registration.
As mentioned by Vicenzo, we are planning to attend the meeting. So, if the
Swiss chapter can be a channel for any specific comment people on the list
wants to raise, please contact us.
