I am with you on this issue.  In the name of Freedom of 
expression, some nations are been set ablaze while some 
are enjoying the show from their ivory towers.  Also, a 
government has in it people from all 'borders', some of 
whom may have extreme beliefs on such issues. While 
content filtering is not a solution, I gues, there should 
be a kind of content moderation that should be implemented 
at source.Google has money by the buckets and I do not see 
any reason why it should not hire loads of people to do 
the job.  If content is moderated at source, then REMOVAL 
of content will not be an issue.
