[Chapter-delegates] ISOC European chapters declaration vs ETNO proposal for ITU WCIT ITRs

Hi,

I just found through ISOC Spain's Twitter account that there is a declaration by the European Chapters challenging the proposal by ETNO (European telcos/network operators) before the ITU's WCIT for change in the ITRs (yeah, acronym soup.)

The declaration is in  http://www.isoc-ecc.org/?p=413 - well worth a read and consideration. (I hope I'm not repeating something I missed previously.)
