thanks for the heads-up on the survey.

I would still believe that a brief discussion among chapters in Toronto about where we are planning to go for the next year is useful, and can actually help you fine-tune the survey. 

It will work better if we are all prepared in advance so each of us should have a brief (3-point) vision of our plans.

     regarding your second topic, let me tell that we are preparing our bi-annual World-wide Chapter Survey, where this and similar questions will be asked. The Survey should go out still this year, but probably later than Toronto.
