[Chapter-delegates] Topics to be discussed during Chapter/Member meeting on 16.10.2012 in Toronto

May I propose to include in the list of topics to discuss the following ones :

- enabling chapters to be more active on specific topics, aside those prioritized by ISOC global;
- what are the priorities of action and focus of the chapters for the next 12 months ?

I think many chapters have similar issues to handle, however we never had the possibility to exchange possible ways of collaboration.
