[Chapter-delegates] Application to form an ISOC Chapter in Malta

My first contact with Dr Stephanie Borg Psaila dates back to 2008 where we started to discuss the formation of the Chapter and the possible ways of finding the required minimum number of members. As mentioned in the application, "Malta is a very small country, which makes membership a challenge." Several options are listed under point "G. Membership" on how the goal can be achieved and ISOC Chapter Support will help the forming Chapter as much as possible along those suggestions.

I would also like to encourage all Chapter delegates on this list with contacts in Malta to make them aware of this emerging Chapter and to encourage the contacts to join the Chapter formation effort.
