Dear Prof. Hiroshi Esaki, Takaaki Higuchi, Tomohiro Fujisaki, Toshio Tachibana and Ray Atarashi,

On behalf of all the Chapter Delegates, I'd like to extend a warm welcome to you and your colleagues at the ISOC Japan Chapter to the Internet Society and to this mailing list.
