This is a gentle reminder that a second webinar for Chapter leaders on the current state of preparations for the World Conference on International Telecommunications (WCIT) treaty conference in December will take place tomorrow, 30 October 2012 at 14:00 UTC  / 10:00 EDT.

The purpose of this second webinar is to provide an update as to the current proposed treaty text proposals submitted to WCIT. There will also be an opportunity for Chapters to provide an update on their involvement in their country’s preparatory process.
